What Does Patwari Means in Pakistan?

In Pakistan Patwari word is used as slang for Pakistan Muslim league Non (PMLN) supporters. Patwari are those people who love Nawaz shareef and support Nawaz shareef.

In Actual according to dictionary patwari is a government official who is appointed in all regions of Pakistan to maintain land record and deal with all land related issues.

But people of PTI think they are very educated and honest people and those who support Nawaz Shareef are uneducated and corrupt so they start calling them patwari.

Reason behind word Patwari?

A biggest political party in Pakistan PML-N which also come on lead 3 times involve in land grabbing with the help of patwaries. They change land record with the help of patwaries and grab that land later. So Imran khan name and call them as patwaries. Now a day the person who looks uneducated and also supports PMLN is called patwari.
